Hans Leenders is artistic director of the professional chamber choir Studium Chorale, Kamerkoor Maastricht and the Schola Maastricht and artistic advisor of the festival L'Europe & l'Orgue.
He is principal organist of the Basilica of Our Lady in Maastricht and conducts the Basilica Choir, Consort and Schola Cantorum of this church.
He is a principal teacher for organ and choral conducting at the Maastricht Conservatory.
As a composer he is member of the Stichting Limburgse Componisten and especially known for his vocal music. His music is published by Ascolta Music Publishing Houten.
